Extraordinary Service!.

Chris,

Thanks for allowing us to visit and tour FCE. It was amazing! Cassie and I were both so impressed with the innovative thinking and efforts FCE is dedicated to. We were especially excited about the SPARTAN program and look forward to going live with the electronic feeds. This will save both companies a ton of time and energy.

I explained to Isaac that I don’t mind paying a little more for extraordinary service and that’s what we have experienced thus far with FCE. It’s a breath of fresh air from what we were experiencing previously with our other company, so please extend a thank you to the entire organization for us.

I’d also like to give a shout out to Rachel for her wonderful hospitality. She was an amazing tour guide, although her driving skills are questionable. Just kidding Rachel! She did an incredible job organizing everything from travel, to the itinerary, and also managing such a diverse group of personalities. We are fortunate to have her as our account manager.
