Financial Analyst

Position Summary:

Due to our continuing and steady growth we are seeking a Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing of month end reports.
Process contribution reports received from client companies.
Contact client companies regarding discrepancies.
Reconcile employer financial reporting.
Attach coverage information for medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance programs, and disability plans to the employee/dependent records as required.
Communicates extensively by phone, email and letter with client companies and covered members.
Carrier Invoicing.
Review and validate client data for accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Detail oriented with exceptional accounting, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to prepare and analyze data and prioritize work effectively.
Strong Excel®skills required; Macro generation a plus.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in various forms.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to handle multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment.
