At FCE, we are committed to safeguarding your sensitive information. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security of our systems and protect your data, we are making an important change to the way files are uploaded on our public website.
Effective April 1, 2025, we will be discontinuing the current file upload functionality on the public website. Moving forward, all Client Administrator and Member file uploads will need to be completed through our secure portal. All Provider file uploads and benefits inquiries will need to be completed through our Providers’ portal. These portals provide enhanced protection against potential cyber threats.
Why is this change necessary?
Cybersecurity risks are constantly evolving, and the safety of your information is our top priority. While our existing security protocols help mitigate risks, transitioning to a password-protected portal is a more effective way to prevent unauthorized access and ensure that only verified users can upload sensitive files. This transition will significantly reduce the risk of malicious uploads and better protect your data from potential breaches. Please log into the portal to submit your documents easily and securely.
